Ladies of Just Joy - Jodee

Looks like I am the last of the three of us to introduce myself! I am the mom of 4 crazy, loud, rambunctious, energetic, handsome, lovable boys ages 12 and under! Needless to say, this keeps me plenty busy! I am married to the man of my dreams and so blessed to be the “princess” in my home. I love photography and get to be the Just Joy photographer as well as the social media manager.  I am loving this crazy adventure that we are on and it is so much fun to work with my sister and mom! I love that we get to talk to each other on a daily basis! We are learning so much and trying to have a little fun along the way!

In my spare time (ha!) I love to cook and bake. Pies and bread are my favorite and I am always on the lookout for new cookie recipes so feel free to send me your favorites, I have a house full of cookie monsters and we can never have too many cookies!

We have entered my favorite time of year - from Halloween to Christmas! I LOVE the holidays and we have had so much fun finding simple pleasures that we love and want to share with you. My mom always made the holidays magical and we love carrying on that tradition with our kids. We hope you have been enjoying some of our traditions that we have shared with you. If you are new to our email list just check out our Instagram feed for some of our favorite traditions!

We kind of played on the Halloween holiday this week by posting thoughts about overcoming fear.  We thought it would be fun to continue that play as we go from Halloween to Thanksgiving.

Tony Robins said, "...gratitude is the antidote to the things that mess us up. You can’t be angry and grateful simultaneously. You can’t be fearful and grateful simultaneously. So, gratitude is the solution to both anger and fear, and instead of just acting grateful, I think of specific situations that I’m grateful for, little ones and big ones. I do it every single day, and I step into those moments and I feel the gratitude and the aliveness."

So as we move to this month of thanksgiving let's try to focus on all that we have to be grateful for and push fear right out the door!

We have a few of our gratitude signs left and we would love for you to add this to your Thanksgiving Day Decor. This is also a great item to keep up all year as a reminder!

THANK YOU for your wonderful support in our adventures!
